Precautions before Shiroabhyanga
- Avoid during cold, sinus congestion or fever.
- Tell the doctor about any medicines you take, pregnancy, recent illness, high blood pressure, heart or kidney problems before the therapy. Do not stop any prescribed medicine on your own.
